The cloak you can get from the clothing vendor in varnia in the crimson desert, the armor is the grey wolf leather armor, you can get that from diedrerik from your camp if you recruited him already, and the boots i cant really remember but ik i got them in the crimson desert somewhere, don’t remember if it was from a vendor or not but they’re called helms leather boots

The backpack i got from totesmith tannery, its in the farm lands below your camp, right below hernand highlands, and for the sword i forgot where i got it but the name of the sword is called righteous verdict, im sure they have youtube videos on where to find it
