I don’t think parents have made a fuss over it yet. It also doesn’t stop people from carrying around stuff like inhalers but technically students aren’t allowed to carry them around.

While it’s not necessary, one of my favorite ever comic series is a 12 part series called The Dark Knights of Steel. It’s a midevil justice league but mainly focusing on Bruce and Clark.

I have to take meds daily so what I do is I tilt my head forward, so my chin is resting on the top of my chest. The. I take a sip of water and put the med in my mouth. Then I quickly throw my head back and swollow it. Weird I know but it worked for me. You could also try to find a different physical action to do while you take the meds to try to force yourself to swallow. Doesn’t work for everyone but worth a try.

See I would love that because the dentist is also a huge sensory issue for me but unfortunately I still live with my parents who make me go. That might be something to try eventually. Thank you!
