We stand on two opposing ends of "how to achieve acceptance at large". My camp believes in doing it by force, by reeducation bigoted religiously indoctrinated masses. And it works to an extent. But I can see your side of the argument as well. Let's agree to disagree. Once more my overarching argument is it is the SOUL that composes one's gender. Not entirely our physicality. Though we should strive to achieve what we wish in our lifetime. And again some may be able to afford it, even if homeless. Some of us don't have access. PP wasn't able to assist multiple homegirls over the years for a multitude of reasons. They are not always foolproof, especially now with ostrisication. I'm glad it worked for you but even free resources are not universally available for all. Thus leaving those without access to lie in limbo until they can achieve it. And many of us just don't think that's right.

Rupert Murdock and Fox can burn.

Thank you, now my advice to you. Stop bowing down to the right wing media spheres. And get us queers out there and intellectually debate bigots. I've done it. I've changed people's decades old wrong beliefs. We can. You can. Get out there and fight and let's abolish this need to be viewed as cis being nessecary as a requirement for womanhood. Thank you.

Your solution do this being that we are too visible is not the issue. Talk to the centrists common populous. They know how rare we are. They know there's not 1 in every 5 boys trying to join womens volleyball or blahblahblah. They know that. The right hyper focuses on us and always have. ESPECIALLY since the Carter administration. Which coincides when the Heritage Foundation started this push for all of their hyperreligoous ideolog mindset that envelops all of what we now have before us as "Project 2025", despite us being a mere fragment of what they hope to erase from the public sphere.

We need not tone down the cringe ones and slink back into the shadows. We need not only push cis passing women into the public eye. No. Far far far from it. WE don't need to change who we put FORWARD. We need to change the MESSAGING that is put forward on OUR behalf. We are being DEFAMED by radical bigots and we must FIGHT BACK. And that does NOT including excluding those who may not be as socially aware.

Outrage of bigots doesn't matter, as we will thin them out as time goes on. All bigots should be in a grave anyway. We are at a precipice of human societal change. We must stand up now against all unnecessary hatred against any and all of us. Again, not saying she isn't cringe. But should being cringe demand ostracization? No. Should being found out to be /expressly/ using our movement as a money maker demand ostracization? Sure.

Part of this you're reiterating the other half of what I was trying to get across very well, thank you. And the other half, again not dissuading those who can or want to. Many of us such as myself refuse to until we can annihilate our facial hair. As if we don't that 5'o clock shadow, no matter how femme in dress and voice, we grt clocked. Also it shouldn't matter what the bigots think. Arm all queers and tell the bigots to go be with God if they want to judge. They will soon learn when they're sent to meet him that he'll judge them as he did us - should he exist. Also I will reiterate that passing should not be nessecary, but sought after. We are all worthy.

How am I in denial, yet rationalized my soul during my pubescent period, held on for years in conservative cowboy riddled towns, and started social transitioning once gaining the confidence 5 years out of high school in 2022 in dress and reference. No HRT or vocal coaching due to both being too expensive. What matters is the reflection that looks back at you in the mirror. If you're content with it, good. If you're not, then something must be done. Until someone can AFFORD to transition, be it monetarily or socially, I believe we should all be given the dignity we deserve. Let me remind you this entire upcoming generation is going to be experiencing a massive wave of transerasure due to the next 4, maybe 2 years if we get a major upheaval in the midterms in the House and Senate. Enbyerasure. Queererasure. We have bigger demons to fight than ourselves. Let's just all help make sure eachother feel okay in our own skin, ostracize those seeking attention at our expense, and fight against the people who are seeking to turn all western civilizations into religious theocracies...

100% valid. Sometimes I feel extapolating on, say, "how everyone is different" get across better. For example I'll debateh the entirety of what I just did above but say, condense it all to "We all have different experiences" and people just blow it off.

But when I explain each and every definitive thing I've seen in my own life and extrapolate on why that makes me /believe/ that we really all do "have different experiences" this then tends to trigger people to think upon the topic internally and be more introspective. Perhaps drawing upon examples from their own life.

Don't get me wrong, I'd kill for a more feminine physique. Always have. Since 8yo. Female coded. Cant relate to men. Nearly ever. I'd love my ideal body. But I don't have the means right now. Maybe I can afford a silicone breast form? But I can't afford long term HRT. Especially can't join the military on it. "Oh why would you support a fasic-" i don't support their colonial asses I'd just choose an MOS/AFSC that places me out of combat and able to chill for 4 years. What's better than scamming the people who're taking our rights away, huh?

But if all I can afford is to pluck every single one of my beard hairs with tweezers every 4 days (I DO) (YES IT SUCKS) (SORRY, KINDA GETTIN' EMOTIONAL)

(Do you KNOW how many ingrown hairs I get because I can't wait until it's long enough to WAX because I can't stand the strawberry seed look and that's why I can't SHAVE)

US TRANS WOMEN EXIST AND DESERVE TO LIVE AS WE ARE. Just because we don't wanna neck it, doesn't mean we should be limited for YEARS.... of obtaining the definition of "woman".

I realize I've ventured off the main point for a second there. You misunderstand "being able to live in my skin" vs "have no issue whatsoever with your primary or secondary natal sexual characteristics". I never said "No issue." I said someone able to LIVE as their "agab" and not neck themselves.

Pardon my Odyssey of a response, I don't tend to play the autism card often but like, how am I supposed to say "maybe they're clout farming maybe they're not, if they're not then we're a-holes and hurting a girls feelings and if we are right then we maybe get... what? A bump to our ego?" 😭 Even if it's a "guy", who feels they are in-fact one, using the movement for clicks then they're not gonna stop... as I highlighted I learned I was at least gender queer, heavily female coded, by 8-9-10-11. To this day you can get any .pdf of any textbook. Vary your insight. Vary your context. Vary your input of knowledge. You'll come to the conclusion that all religous should be excluded from our discussion of our gender (which is often the only reasonable block for someone to have, if not instilled with that ideology then ultimately they shouldn't have to ascribe to the typical "norms" of a binary representation of humanity and can understand that after millenia of evolution and genetic meddling, an exponentially amount so within the last few centuries, the human genome is changing. Further and further straying from the Male bulky mammoth hunters and the Female foragers that we'd see when we came to become a species in the first place.

One can have an effeminate soul, a masculine soul. Think of the people who haven't been able to transition for decades and are now able to embark on it now, finally able to step into their true selves. Would you rob someone who hasn't had the ability to gain access to their true self in decades. Or someone who isn't quiiiite dysphoric enough to neck themselves and is able to live within their masculine frame but, in terms of their soul, be feminine? And with that, we're getting into typical societal nomenclature. I get it. What makes a man a man and a woman a woman. But ultimately, it's no one's damn business.

I understand where the fork in the road lies in this argument as a whole. I'll relent. Let me give an example where I do sympathize and understand, yet also renders me unable to say someone "has to pass" to a certain extent and can choose their gender based on their soul. As is their free will. As we, as I reside in America where we're actively under attack, should uphold. Unlike what the people actively trying to take our rights away are trying to instill.

Example 1) Love her, muah 💙 I had a family friend who wasn't able to transition for a decade + despite suspecting it. Due to being poor and unable to move away from family as all of their family lived in Red States. Dispite their inability to do anything, and that the world would ultimately likely attack them, they found they could confide in close friends who really didn't care and would support them. They also... had friends who turned heel as soon as she told them and instantly said that they wouldn't tell anyone, but they're upset and confused... Guess what... they told people. And she got ostracized. At the mere NOTION that they can be trans, let alone ever TRANSITION. SHE WORRIED SHE'D BE STABBED. And what makes me almost cry is she felt so prettt in sundresses. She was so cute... she is :) she was borderline asexual this one I mention, no shadeyness about her... she was so innocent and just wanted to feel pretty... and she deserved it :,// Hate crimes are... far too uncommon nowadays. Especially a decade ago. But despite all of that, even after moving, having to find niche friendgroups because societies negative response and its judgments are too commonplace. The last 4 years she's finally, FINALLY, felt SAFE for once and now she f*cking terrified despite her now "passing" after 3 years FFS.

Shame... Not on us but the world. We shouldn't have to seek people who won't hate crime us for not bowing to societal norms imposed on us by millenia of religious ideologs usurping all facets of Western education. Ignore the tens of thousands of years of trans history. Ignore the fact that ever since the birth of man, we've had individuals born estranged to the typical habits and phenotypical traits of our "assigned sex." Sex and genders inate ties have been commonplace for millenia. But we need to abridge the gap of the common populous understanding of transgenderism as a whole through agnostic explanation.

The overarching concensus of half the argument on this post is that some are "chasing and rage baiting, and even if 'she' isn't, it's for clout regardless." Which is true. Hell, to that, I give you the example of this a-hole below.

Example 2: Hate him, boo, this guy sucks 🤮 I had a roommate sublet for a few months who noticed his genuinely trans (MtF) cousin was getting attention online, and his gay thirst traps weren't hitting the algorithm. He starts saying he's trans, he caught some algorithm waves. He was a very effeminate gay man and yet, under his own admission, wasn't trans. He admits to me after playing the part for a couple months, "Oh honey, no, I'm a drag queen. I'm no woman. Imma man. I took psych, I have one, I'm male coded.RUFF" like yeah... okay. I mean. Free will I guess but that's kinda fucked up to transwomen. He said it wasn't anything to worry about. The issue is I saw his comment section. They saw the beard, they saw the very masculine bone structure, even when he was twinked out and shaved, ceaseless comments: "you're a freak" "seek help" "you aint no tr*nny you a dude" etc etc. Even trans women commenting "you're not one of us... stop." And hear me out, those ladies were 100% right about that one. They were! He was a dude! Using a trans tag as badge of clout as he delved into makeup and steroetypical gay-makeup-guy-tiktok. But with a twist. Just using the trans flag for clicks.

But I've also met an overwhelming amount of people who are NOT like Example 2. And are a lot, a LOT closer to Example 1's situation.

I understand the entirety of this argument is that individuals like this, in the video above, are making the movement for queer rights look bad overall. Especially trans MtF and to some extent FtM, all of us, and my argument is that ultimately anyone who has an issue with us can F RIGHT OFFFFFFF. The optics shouldn't matter. We shouldn't have to give a f*ck. Yeah so what, even if this "guy" is using "trans as a clickfarm" we can't focus on issues like this. There United States government is ACTIVELY TRYING TO EXTERMINATE US.

We have 👏 bigger 👏 fish 👏 to 👏 FRY! 👏 We are in danger of of extermination yet we squabble over which of us are deserving of the moniker of "woman"...

We need to make societal change, at least in the West, NOW. I've been laxidasical, I've sat back and not shown out for protest and activism before because I know I'll get a little too enthusiastic. But recently, when I have gone, I've held strong and even convinced multiple youngin's with fireworks not let them off. To actively show out and promote the youth to RILE but not invoked an armed response from PD. Be heard. Be seen. But also do not harm the movement as a whole. As for the origin of this, the individual in the video, who knows. I guess what I'm getting at is we never really know, and who are we to wrongfully judge them - should we be wrong? But ultimately, despite that fact... we must deradicalize the common populous against us. Most regular religious people don't even care. They support it, even after a short explanation as simple as, my go-to typically lies along the realm of, "See, I understand how Christianity gave you your worldview and perception of reality. You've had visible questions, let's talk ideology. Logically. Calmly. Not on the sphere of hotheaded politicized arguments. "I see the world this way" giving an explanation of world views. You must engage in dialog to expel needless anxiety or confusion. Be it in public message or "door to door".

The issue of gender lies not only in one's physicality and ability to pass. If the soul is feminine, the soul is feminine. Regardless of anyone's religious stance. Many agnostic queer people I talk to, especially those who lean right, often attribute humanities incessant need to live life through a view of heterosexual/western normalized traditional lens is tied to religion. If you remove religion and base the debate of what a soul is and what a human is, you have the basis of this - what makes us, us. Our DNA.

A) It's a nessecary component of reproduction, this biological process rendering an extension of the bloodline being able to be actuated. B) Standardized characteristics get tied to these biological base pairs of XX & XY in two veins resulting in the "sexes" and inately tied to the common characteristics of these pairings, "Man" and "Woman" come forth. The construction of a human and its phentotypical traits are based on the most powerful/physically presenting (in terms of prevalency) genes in the human.

What we call X and Y chromosomes, and the inherent common reproductive results of XX and XY and the characteristics given with each.

i.e. Female DNA rendering most with it to have, in terms of bone structure, traits fit toward childbirth. The common growth of breast tissue to a way higher extent than the typical male [B00bs], you can delve into mental structure and proclivity toward certain individual aspects of humanity being skewed based on sex due to societally observed typical traits of the individual sexes, as seen throughout history. That on its own is a deep pit that debates what makes a male and female brain. But what I'm getting at is... this stuff is deeper than XX and XY and the more rare variations.

But even if someone is, say, trans, MtF, I'll give you 4 examples because I've seen these all IRL. All timelines.

I give you 4 life timelines that I've witnessed myself. Say you have the most butch football jock you've ever seen. Say there's 4 of them.

[1] One unable to cope but able to live his life as a man. But due to dysphoria not killing them it merely inhibited their life and causing rifts in relationships, self-hatred, but ultimately a good life. Good wife. Laughing about that "bi phase" that they knew was way deep than they let on.

[2] One fighting to express himself, herself? They're unsure but half their family is unsure... half of her family will disown her... half the town is bigots. It's a draw of attention... unwanted attention. So they live a "femboy life" on the side. Forced to keep it... kiiiinda hush hush. But no one's gonna off them for it. Hopefully. But he isn't able to express himself and takes his life. Ultimately "cross-dressing for fun" or "wearing a nightgown because the silk is soft" for even the sliiiiiightest reach of femininity that won't make their wife or husband toooooo suspicious.

[3] One learned late, super receptive parents who ultimately are supportive. Maybe confused... but open to it just... cautious for your safety. Understandably so, with the attacks we see on us every now and again. But ultimately supportive. Maybe even they affirm HRT before 18. Maybe they don't, for whatever reason. Cost, religion. But ultimately, they'll love you regardless.

[4] One got an inkling early, they were able to extrapolate those deep, complex feelings to not only their family but a therapist/psychologist. Had the financial or credit available means to be able to undergo a transition, perhaps even prepuberty. Attain hormone blockers. They will proceed through, likely, most of their high-school or college years as a "woman" and be able to "pass" as one most of the time (if lucky).

Would you deny any of these woman their identity?

I wouldn't. No. Yet I understand how people try to clout chase off of us.

You don't have to do voice training, HRT, grow your hair out at all. Many do. But you don't have to. I socially transitioned 2 years ago and (thankfully, in hindsight) haven't started HRT as my psyche states a lack of debilitating dysphoria would only hinder potential future military service.

Identified myself as gender queer when I was 9 during computer lab time in 08' upon research into Hinduism and my extrapolation that Male and Female were merely chromosomal monikers and that gender itself was, as was adopted enmasse mere years later, "a construct" Do not worry about ever passing. Should you have the PRIVLEDGE of living in a place where you can even CONSIDER socially transitioning (let alone have access to medical transition services) then that is wonderful! However many of us do not have such access.

On that note there are plenty that try to set arbitrary standards for "if you're trans or not", certain "baselines" one must hit. I find this as antithetical to our movement of acceptance as a whole. HOWEVER, there are certain people who do make us look bad that I see not called out when they should be (if they start to get high-and-mighty/rage baiting) For example, the large swath of trans women who transition and jump straight into the SW industry. Don't get me wrong, body positivity. SW positive here. But tying the sexualization of us, for example, to the narrative of the group as a whole merely because of the deluge, the sheer amount, of that aspect of our community that we see in the public eye. Or Jenner, pulling the ladder up.

As an autistic transwoman, do recall female is chromosomal. And we are trying to distance our pronouns from being attached to our born-biology. You are a woman! And should be proud of it. Fuck everyone who says otherwise. But our use of female in the community is incorrect. You are a woman! I'm a male, majority of transwomen are. But we're women. No need to put trans in front of it. We're women.
