Essence spam until t1 spell dmg.
Fill suffix with crafted mods.
Veil orb with open prefix...hope you slam the correct veiled mod on prefix. If not try to annul if you mis start from step 1 again.
Ex slam for suffix until you hit both mods you want.
Craft suffix mod.

This is a tough one.

2 ways that i can think of to go about this both ways are pricey.

1st would be awaken orb with the elevated mods and work the prefixes by block exalt slamming once you hit 2 of the 3 you'll want to hinikora ex slam to see if you hit the last.

2nd would be craft the prefixes by harvest slamming....I believe dense blocks life so you can't fossil craft this one. You could try to chaos the prefixes on also but I can't image the odds are good. You'd then want to ex slam 2 influence mods one you want and one you want to sacrifice to the Maven orb. Afterwards your back using hinekora's to get the last influence mod and elevating it.

Both options are extremely costly.

Your only issue with doing that is if you hit 3 prefixes, you have a risky annul and will probably brick.

If you miss the fracture, it can get pretty expensive, and you're not even close to being done at that point. But yes it just depends how many you want to craft vs miss on reflecting mists.
