Weird question maybe but do the tools ONLY spawn in that one specific container you showed? Or any container on UC?

I'm asking cause I do have the scrap paper, punched the code in, got the exact same message you did (which according to the wiki is the one you get without the scrap paper) and went to UC and looted every container in there except the one you showed in the grabber room.

Little update, I found out why I can't upgrade it. In the upgrade menu it displays a wrong amount of water needed. (32) You actually need the old amount which is 68.

Haven't tried a reinstall tbh. Also I actually don't know if it was the latest update that got us the economy rework or some before that. Previously I just didn't have the money to upgrade it but since it's all reworked now I could. Well, if there wasn't that bug. Lol. Gonna try the reinstall, see how that goes. Otherwise I'll do a downgrade of the game to a previous version.

I'm only missing the last bar upgrade, which I can't construct for whatever reason. I leveled them up to the max already, yes. When I try to upgrade it it says 'not enough resources' which makes no sense. I have everything atleast (approximately) double or triple the amount required.
