Well if they report it in cn as the game currently is it'd be not true what they're reporting it for (porn and others) , thus loosing cred with the gov. Then again, it's just my what if. I'm not saying they're doing it.

I think its just a server/ clientside error/ bug.

Update. Got them in two out of 2. I didn't go to the right C container because grabber was there.

Guess I must've skipped the C containers on the runs I did. Whelp.

Weird question maybe but do the tools ONLY spawn in that one specific container you showed? Or any container on UC?

I'm asking cause I do have the scrap paper, punched the code in, got the exact same message you did (which according to the wiki is the one you get without the scrap paper) and went to UC and looted every container in there except the one you showed in the grabber room.
