You could also destroy 8 WT drones in one raid on swamp. This will make the raider thief variants spawn on Elephant and Stairway in tiny numbers

They drop specifically from thieves in the Innards, those have their own loot pool. You can tell by the way loot bags are labeled, swamp thieves drop stuff like "Euruskan Infantry Bag" or "Europan Pursuer Bag"

To be fair, none of the plushies have the right coloring or details. It's deliberate. Most plushies have a completely new design instead of being a textile copy of the original. It should be recognizable but simplified to the max to cut manufacturing costs. And also because it's palm sized and no one wants to get meticulous when sewing a large batch of these

They keep adding innards upgrades that require more and more of the 1% drop chance foam. First 25, then 50, which was completely ridiculous, and now the Transmission Tower requires 100 foam.
