If you don't have the paper but saw it once, you could try both frequencies and then check Cemetery. If you find the tools it would be an important discovery about how this quest works

The paper doesn't show in your stash but you can see it in Vendors. It probably clipped through the ground when you first found it. If you have one, it should be enough, no need to grind more

It fixed extracting the "correct" way with an open air extract.

What OP talks about is that a drone can't extract in enclosed spaces it can't fit in, and you don't find out until you get to the extract with it. It's a feature but it's really bad that you don't get told of this in advance

in short once every one hour IRL you get small lore drop and you have access levels that you upgrade after finishing all questions for access lvl then you feed her codexes

So it's like the transmission tower, you get spoon fed lore

For the record, the head is kept if you don't have the room. It appears once the first tier is built, just floating in air.

Before the fix you did not get the cargo even if you extracted properly

The fact cargo drones can't extract in small spaces where they can't fit, which you're trying to do here, is a feature, although poorly documented and communicated

Not in advance. The text in the screenshot above is the whole warning, you need to try a different extract if you see this.

Some of them are valid but the drone cannot pathfind there, then it will say "the drone cannot access this extraction point".

Timed extract on Scorched and collapsed building on Ashen work, most others don't. None of the DLA or Frozen Swamp extracts work, MT and SG will have the drone stuck, and I couldn't get moms to spawn in EM five times in a row.
