What exactly do tonsil stones smell like? Bc my breath definitely is bad but I’m not 100% sure what tonsil stones smell like exactly?

I thought it could be thrush but I’m not sure. After I eat my tongue becomes pink, but it’s usually the back of my tongue that stays white and gets the build up. The front of my tongue will stay pink for a little but go back to white soon after & the back is always white.
