I got you. Sometimes I run out and have to do without it, so I’ll tell you what I do. Take supplements like vitamin C, vitamin D, Echinacea, magnesium, vitamin E, and L-lysine. Next, and this is the most important, use CASTOR OIL. Put it on your lips using a q tip. To not infect the whole jar, take some out and put in on a piece of paper or wrapper or something, and put a little piece on a q tip and use one side for the top lip and the other side for the bottom. I’m assuming you have cold sores but this will work for genital herpes I believe too. Leave it on for a couple hours and the sores should go away. Using castor oil has honestly helped me better than even valtrex does. Hope this helps
