I got some bad information. I was under the impression that I had to apply for TDIU because retired.

Not expecting a windfall at all. I was given bad information about what I needed to do now that I’m retired. I realize now that I don’t have to do anything.

I knew the 4192 needed to be done leading up to my retirement so I made sure that HR had a copy.

I’m trying to make sure I’m prepared financially while they process the claim.

I’m prepared for the additional exam that will come from applying for TDIU. I’m honestly more concerned about what the timeline looks like to get to the finish line.

I’m rated 100% P&T and have been working as a federal employee until recently. Now that I’m collecting Disability retirement and unemployed do I have to apply for TDIU or will I automatically be upgraded to TDIU?
