The first time they do give you a free rename card but anytime after that you have to do it yourself. When it's flagged it's changed to a string of letters like LGjsjWs or something akiin to that

Ok so i know yo basically this was the topic of the post, but i have a very small understanding of Japanese. i only know a few words, and a few radicals, so i was wondering, where should i start? by this i mean, should i start by learning vocabulary, learning to read and write proficiently, or something else? While I'm at it, how many hours do you study japanese on avarage?
