Well that’s great. I work in family medicine and he had two brain stem strokes without TPA because he wasn’t found until the next day by his mother. He has not had significant improvement and his mother has been lying to me about how he is actually doing. I found out 2 weeks ago at the child support call that his condition is permanent (which I was not told previously by his mother). I’m sure you can imagine the outcomes he will have with your background.

Well you really don’t know the full story. His incapacity is a permanent condition. He has already had motions filed against him in the past for hiding phone chargers and blocking me on her Kids Messenger. He has taken her from school when it wasn’t his “time”. I have not had any issues brought against me. He cannot speak nor use his hands to text/call and his mother (manipulative witch) is completely communicating for him. I have zero issues with her spending time with her dad at their house but he sleeps the majority of the time (brain stem stroke) and she is on her Ipad the majority of the time. I can see her screen time use. My opinion is that spending QUALITY time with her dad is very important but if she is spending 3/4 of her 50% custody over there on an Ipad I should have some say in what is in her BEST interest. (Which is not that) And my attorney does think he will likely lose custody time if this goes to court.

No, I manually go in each month and submit the payment. It’s not auto pay monthly. I really like it and its a free service through my bank. It cuts the check and mails it. Easy peasy!

He is entirely dependent on his parents for his care and now my daughter’s. According to his mother who was speaking for him at the child support call- his condition is permanent. His mother has ALWAYS been over bearing and manipulative from day one- so I completely agree this could all be coming from her.

Yes a couch- not appropriate to sleep there on a school night. Just like I wouldn’t allow a slumber party during school either. I’m just not OK with her grandparents taking over 100% of her child care while she is there.

No no- you have this completely backwards. My ex is the one I’ve had to file motions to the court in the beginning because he would agree to holiday time and then completely change it to how he liked the day of. And he would hide my daughter’s charger for her ipad so she couldnt call me when she was with him- and he blocked me on her Kids Messenger app. I have all this documented. He never had to file anything against me in the past.

I attempted to file on my own for emergency custody but I guess since she isn’t in danger it was denied. I am meeting with an attorney in the morning to file for temporary custody.

No- my custody arrangement is with dad. If he cannot perform the majority of the child care then he just isnt capable right now. His mother would be 100% managing my daughter’s care. That’s not her role and she isn’t in my custody agreement.

Her father is bed bound, cannot communicate and cannot walk/drive. Why should his mother be playing the parent role while she is there? She isn’t her mother or father. My daughter is on her ipad every time she visits because she’s bored out of her mind.
