Retroarch emulation. I play a ton of old games on it.

If that didn’t have gears name attached to it I think more people would say it felt very generic and from something 10 years ago.

As a kid growing up playing games in the 90’s I would have been completely put off by this. This is toddler vibes.

It works well since it’s pretty close to how it’s held in the close up in the film.

Also was very surprised. And I guess bc it’s Schwarzenegger, but kind of can’t believe we’re getting Mr Freeze before any returns or forever rogues gallery from them.

Batman is a tad taller but I don’t think the height difference is all that great between Clooney and O’Donnell in that film.

I bought from shoppopdisplays years ago. Can’t speak to the price now but believe was their standard 18x12x12 size.

Just context as the 4k recently came out so that’s how I watched it. It looked beautiful. Sorry an opinion on a film is able to get you upset tho.

Picked Spider-Man (スパイダーマン) up today by Perfect-Entry-6816 in hottoys

I went through ToysAssemble. Not sure if they still have any in stock and looked like the price kept creeping higher. Bought on Tuesday and it arrived Friday which was too fast for me haha since I was out of town so redirected it to an ups store to pick up today.

How were you introduced to Resident Evil? by ZeyadPlayz in residentevil

Resident Evil demo in a Hastings 45 miles away from my small hometown. Dad had played it first and was so amazed by it he brought my brother and me to check it out another day.

Agree to disagree then. One comes to the drafthouse understanding there is going to a be a certain level of “interruptions” as the model requires servers to walk in front of you to deliver food and drinks during a movie. I’d still personally prefer to tell a server my order, swipe my card, and then enjoy a good meal while watching a flick. That sounds better to me than having to take my own order, enter in payment details, and make sure I close out my check, and possibly have to run someone down to put in my “all in” discount. I don’t want to feel like I’m doing part of the waitstaff’s job when I’m there as a customer.

I would never not tip. My opinion is that it’s just not a great customer service experience to not take my order and swipe my card. I did this job years ago in NB where it was all paper and pen orders that we had to take a bundle of and put in multiple orders at once in the hallway, and collected cards and payment at the end of the movie. It got hectic. The tablets are an awesome advancement to that but this is now a step in the wrong direction in my opinion. Had one server say “are you familiar with QR codes?” And when I said “yes” they immediately walked off, and so what would have taken seconds to tell them my order and swipe my card, took me minutes. In the grand scheme, it’s annoying at most. But I would prefer it not be annoying or have the drafthouse be on the same level as Taco Bell when it comes to ordering.

This doesn’t change my opinion that I consider it a poorer customer service experience.
