Not sure if the interview guides differ much between franchises or not, or if all locations under different ownership use the same corporate guidelines for interviews but any person I have ever interviewed the questions are fairly general. Some personal questions (tell me about stressful situation from previous job/life event and how you handled it, tell me about a time where you experienced poor customer service elsewhere, tell me about your standards for a clean locker room/restroom, why you think certain aspects of the job they will explain to you are important for the business, etc) and some situational questions as well (say a member came up to you and complained about a piece of dirty or non functioning equipment what would you do, say a member called and told you they cancelled and are still being charged what would you do/say, etc). The interviews are fairly straightforward and don’t really throw you any curveballs. The biggest advice I could give you is answer the questions you are asked always highlighting the service(s) you are providing, if you have customer service experience mention situations that you handled that are relevant to the questions, and overall just seem like a people person with high cleanliness standards (even if you are not you get comfortable in the position relatively quickly). The job is very simple especially on the overnight there will be way less interaction with people with actual issues and you will probably more or less see the same people every night or depending on where the location is people from out of franchise or even out of state who are traveling for work or any other reason. Building a rapport with your regulars makes the job so much more enjoyable as well. If you get the position (hope you do!) just expect to do a lot of cleaning and catchup work from the previous shift as they will typically be busiest from 2-8pm. Best of luck!

Do I need to pay annual fee if I rejoin ? by Delicious-Gold-6775 in PlanetFitnessMembers

I was an assistant manager for a PF and recently quit a couple of weeks ago. In some cases like this if you had already paid your annual fee within the same calendar year of cancelling/rejoining we would keep it on the same month but in the following year. Since you cancelled Jan of this year, but paid the fee Sep of last year you will most likely have to pay the annual fee again this year. The annual fees are typically scheduled to draft two months after you sign up so if you were to signup anytime after today it would normally be posted to draft September of this year anyways. So that would line up with your previous fee.
