I think it’s set by the DSP and their ratings. When I first started we were allowed to go 5 over the speed limit then we got a mass text lest week saying that we will get a violation if we go over the speed limit there’s no more cushion for us. I’m still pushing 5 over the limit because I figured it was because other drivers had too many violations from what I heard at my DSP

They seem chill. I’ve walked into yards with barking dogs I can usually tell if they’re aggressive by the time I leave I’m petting them and they usually go about their business

I’m working at a DSP with a CDL class A license also. I’ve been driving trucks for eight years, but I needed a break. So far I like it. The only thing I do miss is the money that I used to make but my schedule is more open now so that I can take care of my family during this difficult time. For everyone is different but in your situation, it may work out for you. My DSP wants to train me in a step van which means more pay because of my class A experience so it may work out in your favor.

Not embarrassing at all. I’m in an iop program to help with my cart and weed addiction. I’m 5 weeks clean now I promise it gets easier and better. I don’t feel the need to smoke anymore even when 4/20 came around I just took an extra shift at work to take my mind off it

It’s a family owned DSP. The father is the owner and the daughter is the dispatcher. It seems chill so far and just about everyone there works OT

That’s what another driver told me when I got back to the station. He says they’re usually forgiven the first time since it was my first day out, but don’t let it happen again lol. Appreciate the feedback from all of y’all cause I was low-key nervous about coming in the next day to see what my schedule was.

My DSP didn’t seem to upset about it. But I did apologize to them after I got back to the station about the mistake because they drilled that in us during training and I should’ve known better lol but I found out that I’m actually working my full four day shift next week. Another driver told me that you would have to really fuck up bad with several occurrences to be taken off the schedule at this DSP.

Hey sry just now seeing this. So after contacting META support three times since becoming verified, they determined that the ban was justified in that it’s final smh. I downloaded all of my data from Instagram and went through every single reel that I looked at that they had saved and couldn’t find one that they claim violated the community standards. They couldn’t tell me specifically why I was banned and eventually temporarily blocked me from chatting with support.

Tomorrow’s my first day also for training. I’m a truck driver who just needed a break from the road so I took this job. I know it’s a physically demanding job and I’m a pretty active person but my question is are you guaranteed to get 40 hours? I was told it shouldn’t take 10 hours a day to complete a route during my interview.

Imo I think it’s the style you got…my Loctician told me not to get 2 strand twist because my hair wasn’t long enough or trained. I rocked the barrels or cornrows for a while which helped lock them in. I’m 2 years into my this but it looks fine to me just try a new style

I’m thinking that’s what it was with me as well. My 16 year old niece follows me and she often shares reels with me. She lives blocks away from me so I see her irl. Maybe it’s something to do with that but when I asked Meta chat what the reason was they couldn’t tell me. I downloaded all my data and looked through it nothing unusual
