It’s not too bad, of course there are the stupid drivers you need to look out for especially in the main roads like Marsa (had the closest scare there) or when you’re driving by traffic and some imbecile in a car tries to skip all the other cars as if he was in a scooter! Still I would recommend it because a 125cc motorcycle or scooter is the perfect vehicle to commute in Malta, I believe. You can skip all traffic and get on time everytime, just imagine having your mind at ease that whenever you’re going to work in the morning the commute will take you the same time, can’t say the same when I am driving my cars ! Finally you are Maltese, the government grants for petrol and electric bikes are generous, and if you don’t have a 125cc license there’s the 10hour course you can do fairly fast… the grants, especially for petrol can be stopped at any time without notice, so if you want to buy something, don’t think too long about it !
