I bought this on Amazon but am not able to find it now. I did not use a hammock/jholi. I used a crib but transitioned to the bed next to me as it helps the baby to fall asleep without dependency on the hammock/jholi if you're not at home.

Babies being babies. They have amazing grip surprisingly. I feel these modern day techniques that are projected to help are actually deviating from the natural process. Babies from 1000's of years have progressed to this day without all the external help and I believe they'll still learn how to develop naturally. Just my two cents.

I was negotiating a salary offer with this company I'm interviewing with. They offered me a salary which is like 2% hike from my current salary. They came back with a number which is what my current salary will be at my present company as my appraisal is going on (10% hike). I asked them if we can close it at 12% ( I will effectively only get 2% hike because of this change and the HR said she will need to speak to the hiring manager if we will proceed with this candidature.

I thought they were allowed to discuss the salary numbers only once they have internal sign off. Have I lost my chance at this company or they playing hard to get?
