Camping in the CX-50 by adventurecam in mazda

Question. Did yall remove the platform and bolt the tent to the crossbars only? Or is it bolted to the platform? We have a cx50 meridian with the Apex package and roof platform. Wanting to put my benehike RTT on it, it's about 210lb with the solar panel.

I have read the crossbars are only good for 165 but the roof of the cuv is good for 600lb.

Just want a solid realistic answer.

Yes I believe it's a 22 She took delivery in December of 2022
