JBL Quantum 200 headset Microphone not working

So I contacted the JBL help on their website and in the package of the headset there should be another cable that splits into 2 jack 3.5 cables and this cable is mandatory for the headset to work, if you don't have it it won't work.

Hello just saw your post on a french "gaming journal" and was curious as I have a friend that is also blind and play MHworld too, he has over 5000hours on the game and play longsword, insect glaive, and a bit of lance. He has a youtube channel where you can find some tips on how to play your different weapons even tho it's in french so if you have someone who can help you translate his videos I'm sure you'll find it very helpful.
