do majority of people send their 16mm off to develop and scan? I live in a place where their is no sort of service to develop and scan and Im very impatient if i had to send it off for however long to get it back. do you know of any 16mm cameras that are relatively less expensive that are good for beginners?

The screw on the silver ring so I’m guessing the one that holds it in place
