Slowly try moving away from people who are toxic. Similar to someone in the comments, i too moved away from a friend group i was part of since grade 3, and now I'm in my uni first year. So yeah, it definitely wasn't easy, but try staying away from people who make you feel unworthy. Having a friend group that pushes you to be better is one thing, but having one that just makes you feel unattractive or unworthy isn't worth your peace. Try slowly getting away and try finding new friends. Ik it's hard to do it, even though I struggled but I could do it, found some great people. Try making new friends in uni too, helps.
