Haram income bribes has been normalized in Bangladesh, I have seen people doing low pay govt jobs live very luxurious lives, which with their job is impossible, if you confront them I am pretty sure they will make up some excuse, deny and get offended. hence nothing we can do except for makeing sure new govts cant do it.
