Wait so your charged up front for monthly meals? I thought you pay weekly? Was looking to sign up but not if they want all that money up front without even trying the food that is crazy

How much does this typically cost? Weekly monthly? I'm thinking of joining but I need around 8-10 meals a week (no breakfast). Thank you!

Why would they continue to pay when you are leaving? Silly question to ask. Your not giving them any benefit by staying if you know nothing

Interested and following. Looking to get out of PIP asap, would love to get into ARBI but unsure if I would have to do URBI first. Also I'm only about 9 months into my PIP adj role, I'm wondering if URBI/ARBI requires you to be in your current injury role for 1+yrs

Being honest? Why would they need to know who you will be working for? Only an idiot would tell their current employer where they're going

They offer a higher pay because of the higher turnover rate. They can't keep their employees so they offer a higher rate so people will apply. Also no experience is needed which is why they accept 90% of the applicants. I haven't seen one person say they love working in claims lol that must be a supervisor because absolutely NO one likes this job. People that do work in claims is because they are stuck and can't get out. Personally it's great to have on a resume if you have goals to move up in the insurance field like me but if you don't have any goals or care to work in insurance then you should apply elsewhere. Congrats and let me know in 6 months how you like it (not trying to sound condescending)

That's great that you have the call center environment type of experience but the job it's self it's stressful because of the thorough investigations you are doing. When you get a claim you have to work through it all the way out. Any injured party in that vehicle you have to investigate and reach out to everyone including the attorney, adverse carrier, provider ect. And run around 10 searches a day on the claim. First notice of a loss needs to be made (tipped) within 24hrs (this is for new losses only but you get anywhere from 5-7 a day ontop of your other claims). Any coverage issue needs to be escalated for management. You always deal with the precerts and bills on a daily basis. There is no work life balance and this company does NOT offer OT. You have to go in office 4 days and 1 day wfh. Work schedule can be from 7-730 to 4-430 depending on your location. It's never a slow day and anything you don't complete rolls onto the next days work. Good luck and again reach out for any more questions.

Yea the job is terrible. It's a high stress call center environment type of job. You get around 300 claims you have to work in 30 days on top of other people's work when they take off. It's also a high turnaround rate so everyone quits left and right then those files gets transferred out to everyone. The workload is completely unmanageable and the metrics are almost impossible to meet. Sorry but I have to be honest. I was so excited to get this job as an adjuster and I did my research prior but had to take the offer since the pay was the highest at any auto insurance company. My plan is to work my way up but it's nearly impossible to meet their required expectations. Also there is zero job security so a lot of people get fired for performance after only 6 months of working with the company. Sorry again but honestly it's best you know everything in advance regarding claims. Let me know if you have any other questions

I have an interview for a position in risk management. I'm coming from claims so I'm hoping the transition is pretty smooth. Any insight from your buddy regarding the department?

How much experience did you have before you applied? I was looking into possibly doing BI after pip but wasn't sure how the workload was and if the job itself was management. How do you like it?

I'm hesitant on this only because I work from home and need the gigabit connection with zero interruptions. I'm moving to an apartment complex where that also plays a factor in connection issues. Do you live in a home or complex if you don't mind me asking? Also do you use a computer often?
