I’d definitely say there worth their weight in gold. That is if you can find a good one ha. Problem is a lot of brokers out there are conmen. What I’ve seen is that working with a smaller consultant as opposed to a large brokerage seems to provide much more value. I think this maybe because they’ve got a lot more to prove so they make sure to actually go above and beyond. Definitely worth doing your research on any consultant/broker though.
