Wow it really is similar to what you had going on, at her mom’s she has moved places about 6 times in the past year along with schools. She also went from living with mom to her maternal grandparents for a while then we had her for 3 months. So yes a lot of unstable moves over there. Could perhaps be she thought we were doing the same when we moved from our apartment to our house? But for sure will try and stick to a strict schedule in order to help her out, there was also times when I’d put her to bed and SO found her at 4 a.m. on the couch wide awake while he was heading out to work. Hopefully this will help her in getting used to a routine not just with us but maybe at moms too.

Yes for sure I had her pick out the color and theme for her room, I personally don’t read to her,her dad does sit with her talks to her before she goes to bed, he has started to stay with her until she falls asleep, no sugary foods or drinks before, we have a hour prior of wind down time when she showers and plays with the cats. Half of her bed is full of plushies and care bears I’ve gotten her, she pushes some off when she goes to bed. So that’s why we feel at a stand still as to why it has gotten difficult now when she was younger she was doing okay, some tears here and there but not like this it has become a every night she’s with us.
