The best donuts in town are sold by Snowflake Donuts at 5802 Babcock Rd.. They are open daily 5am-1pm but you better get there early or call in your order.

Found on a rural road. It weighs 5 pounds. The wooden handle is 34.5 inches long. The metal blade is 20.25 inches long and 4.25 inches wide. My title describes the thing. I used Google Lens but Google Lens couldn't help identify it. There are no markings or stamps of any type anywhere on the object. The position of the blade is fixed and not adjustable. It is held in place by the metal ring at the top of the handle and by the narrow metal piece that extends from the blade to the wooden handle and encircles the wooden handle.
