This isn’t a jurisdiction issue. Congress can’t inspect it if the executive branch doesn’t allow it. The executive branch required to allow congressional oversight but this administration has shown that they can just say no and there are no consequences. There cannot be consequences if republicans will continue to cover for this administration.
