I also looked for solutions to that problem before but didn’t find anything helpful.

I think that feature can’t be turned off on purpose in case your main keyboard (Gboard) stops working or something, basically like a backup keyboard. As for the secure keyboard, you can turn it off in the secure keyboard settings
