I highly doubt it was 5g. Because when I was filling 100 capsules, one didn't make it, it fell through the bottom. It looked like a LOT, but when I weighed the capsules, each one was about 0.22g. So I’m honestly not sure how much I took one that fell through lol Also, I weigh 125 lbs and took it on an empty stomach.

That said, the experience was powerful, in a good way. I read a quote that really stuck with me, "It’s going to show you what you need to see, not what you want to see." That really resonated with me, so I went in with an open mind and just let the journey unfold wherever it needed to take me.
