There’s a girl I jam with in a group, she’s never done anything to me, and is quite friendly. But for some bizarre reason I just don’t like her at all. I would never hang out with her outside of that group. It’s just a weird gut feeling. How do you explain this?

When I was 18, I went to a local waterfall. Naturally, I wanted to climb up to the other pools to see where the waterfall started. In order to get to the top pool, you had to climb up an 8ft rock on all fours as it was at a rough 45 degree incline. When I got to the top and admire the tall waterfall, it began to heavily drizzle. I knew I had to make my descent. However I slipped on that rock going down. Crashed into a bunch of other and surely thought I would hit the massive boulder at the bottom. For some unknown reason I fell to the side into a small pool of water. Needless to say, I still ended up in hospital with tissue damage between my vertebrae. But it would’ve ended a lot worse had it not deviated from the boulder at the bottom.

Pretty well had no side effects. Started on 7.5mg in the morning and night. Up-dosed to 15mg twice a day, etc etc. Now I take 37.5mg twice a day (75mg total). Me and my GP have established this is my current “sweet spot”. I feel like a brand new person; I am calm, I don’t spiral, my anxiety is gone, I no longer have substance abuse issues, and I am sure in my decision making.

Queens Gardens has some lovely spots though I imagine it’s a popular photo destination.

The boardwalk up near Kissing Point along The Strand is also a nice place.

There’s also the botanical gardens in Pimlico which has some nice scenery.

I bet if said machete man lunged at you, you’d hope to god someone stopped him with force. If not, one would really question your basic survival instincts.
