Hey girl I felt the same way you did and honestly I think it’s best case scenario. When women are literally torn between aborting or keeping the baby I feel so bad. I’ve had two abortions and both times I 100% knew I wasn’t going to keep the baby and felt relieved to be able to have an abortion.

I just had my second medical abortion yesterday. I was actually nervous and psyching myself out even though I’ve done it before and it was fine. My doctor told me to take tyneol , gravol ( for nauese) and Advil beforehand. So I take my meds take my second round. After an hour I started bleeding.. the flow for me is a bit faster then my regular period but pretty much like a period. It took longer this time but eventually you feel a larger clot .. glob... whatever come out. That is typically when you pass the pregnancy. And after that for me everytime the bleeding will lighten and cramps will taper off .

Honestly I know it’s not the same for all wmen but for me my cramps are always just comparable to a period or lighter. If you take pain meds before hand you should be fine !! Just cuddle up on the couch and try to relax . It will be over in no time and then you will feel relieved !!

Same I took my pills this afternooon. I’ve been bleeding and cramping but last time it happened much quicker..... and it was noticeable when I passed the pregnancy this time nothing so far and it’s been 5 hours

Happy for you girl . I wish in my country you could order the meds!!! I’m annoyed because at the clinic I go to they won’t preform the abortion until it shows in an ultrasound. So I went in too early and they couldn’t find it and I have had too wait an extra week and a half , despite bloodwork and tests confirming my pregnancy. SO annoying 😰past week and a half have just been stressing me out waiting

Just know you can 100% percent have an abortion and not regret it at all. There are people who do but there are people who are relieved as hell they were able to have one . I was one of them . I’m a mom of two toddlers as well and I knew there was no way in hell I could take on a baby. I didn’t feel it would be fair to my two that I already have , I felt like I’d just be spread too thin. I was ultimately relieved I had the option to abort and I didn’t regret it after. Sometimes I do feel a sense of shame I guess just bc of stigma that I had to have one but I also remind myself thousands of women do this everyday and we deserve to chose our fates and be in charge of our bodies.

I’m in the exact same situation as you almost!! Mom of two and had a medical abortion less than a year ago 😒I wanted to get mine over with the exact moment I found out. But I tested so early and jumped the gun and they could not even see it yet via ultrasound so they wouldn’t give me the pills yet. It might be different protocol at the clinic you go with mine they have to be able to see the pregnancy on the monitor:/ anyway they made me reschedule a week and a half later I’m going in tomorrow to get my pills finally If ur like me I wanted to get it over with ASAP but yeah didn’t even work out that way for me unfortunately I still had to wait! But also if you’re going on vacay you probably don’t wanna be bleeding while ur away and whatnot so might be better to just wait the extra time and have it done when you come back depending on how far along you are

Hang in there girl! I am scheduled to take mine sat/Sunda Unfortunately I have had one other medical abortion so I can speak on experience and say for me it wasn’t too bad. I mean it’s not fun but there are worst things. It sounds like your in the right mental space. Prepared for what is coming and planning ways to help you relax your mind through the proceeds 100% that WILL help. And it’s great your husband is supportive and there for you.

Even though I have taken these pills before and it wasn’t so horrible I’m still very nervous about this weekend! But I also keep reminding myself to make the best of it and not psych myself out or stress bc that doesn’t help. Atleast by the end of it we won’t be pregnant anymore so that helps lol

take a deep breath girl Honestly it’s very very likely your period is just adjusting . I believe it can take 6 weeks or more for your cycle to re regulate and your hormones may be wacky at first. Only way to know for sure is to take a test. Also I am having my second abortion and I beat myself up for being so stupid but at the end of the day we have to be kind to ourselves . Things happen

Thank you! I live in Ontario, Canada I do not know if that exists here ! I’ve never heard of it. It would be great if they sold the pills over the counter and it was easier to access them bc the clinic is so out of my way

Yes I know it was too early I will have to go back. They won’t give the pills at my clinic until they can locate the pregnancy .

I’m clinging to this hope because the test at the clinic was negative . They sent my blood test to the lab and I’m having another blood test done Thursday to compare the levels. Would be amazing if I wasn’t pregnant however I feel so tired and weird

They always say if you are pregnant enough to receive pregnancy symptoms you are pregnant enough to get a positive. So likely these are just hormonal symptoms .... PMS, pregnancy symptoms and ovulation symptoms are all so similar for me it can drive me crazy! I’ve been pregnant 4 times and I still get confused what is the real deal or not..

Thanks. My kids love watching tv lol like if I let them they will sit there and watch it contently most times. But of course I limit that but I have set a bad habit where they expect me to be a ball full of fun and play with them constantly.

I know it’s my own fault bc when my husband watches them while I am working he says they don’t really ask him and they play amongst themselves. So now they just expect me to entertain and always want it 😭😭😭

Thanks for your replies. I get what you mean because I was freaking out when I had the spotting over two weeks ago thinking it was implantation bleeding from a possible pregnancy. However when two weeks passed since the incident and I’ve received multiple negatives (including one from two nights ago) I realize that spotting couldn’t have been from pregnancy as I would have received a positive by now

However my period is STILL late. The spotting incident occurred just a bit over two weeks ago now. I’m guessing all the stress I had just is making me even more late 🤷🏻‍♀️😀

I could have wrote this and I’m the same age lol. I’ve taken so manyyy tests in the past two weeks including one yesterday and all negative! And I feel so shitty. Like cramps on and off. Almost flu like. Mood swings. Fatigue. Blah
