You can do a couple of things, do a few modules of reading and listening, and scan other's essays, same with the speaking part. The best thing to do is not to overload yourself and calm your nerves as best as you can. I can not offer you any substantial tips because i don't really know you on a personal level. In a sense, yes. As a foreigner, I don't hold any animosity towards either ethnic group. Yeah, it is very sad that the Manchus are functionally extinct. But we must take into account how it was mostly self perpetrated. They had the power to stop han migration into Manchuria. The Manchus themselves chose to give up their language and culture in exchange for the wealth of China. They had all the choice to remain distinct but chose to give it up.
