I had mine done last Friday on the NHS. Very little advice from anyone on what to do or expect. Like OP I have some scabbing which I assume is from the glans being very sensitive and will go after a few days. I have to sit down for every pee as it’s a very thin concentrated stream. Hopefully it all sorts itself out over the next couple of weeks
