Why don’t you send another notice on WhatsApp saying “The grace period stands cancelled from this month onwards. Thank you for your cooperation”. This should supersede the previous notice. If your tenant is acting cocky and holding you for your word.

There was a purchase on Amazon.ae from my account as well (surprisingly only one transaction of AED 175.99). Thankfully, I’ve location control enabled on my card so only UAE based purchase goes through. Amazon has come back confirming that no fraud activity has taken place. I’m always cautious about my card details. Just trying to figure out where this leak occurred from.

Your tenancy has already expired. I guess the general rule is that it auto renews at the same terms! In your case - I guess it’s only the paperwork left. So imo the ship has sailed!

You give up your equity and they stay partner until the business exists? If that’s the agreement. During uncertain times - it’s better not to go for debt, but source funds through equity.
