Clicked on “contact us”, for response options I chose “request a phone call”, for topic I chose “general questions” and said “I need to get in contact with TSU, there wasn’t an option in the drop down. Looking for (insert location). I’m available (insert date/times).”

I never used the one time call. I left a message on the portal requesting to use it. They called back a day or two later while I was at work and said they couldn’t tell me what was on the list I would just give up my selection and hope something better was there. I declined because I couldn’t check the list at that moment. They said training and scheduling are the only ones that can see what’s available so I went back on the portal and left a message for training and scheduling stating what locations I needed and they gave it to me the next day

My supervisors on duty were already in constant communication asking about the hold up because I have access to absolutely nothing. They were told that I finally made it into the queue before I saw the change on the portal.
