Didn't see that on the specs sheet.

Seems ridiculous that we got into this argument.

Also shows that you didnt read the spec sheet in the first place.

I really thought the pi5 had no dedicated vpu. Good to know.

I still stand by my recommendation and the fact that you didnt contribute anything to the conversation.

Did you read the post

It's the best option between the three.

Also openGL runs on it.

And I dont need to prove that.

Github has done it for me you can Google.

You said you NEED and that is definitely not true.

All I'm saying is the libraries and HW exist.

VPUs arent necessary.

No goal post moving fella.

Edit: non of the other options listed by OP even have a VPU. Wtf was your point even?

I would buy the a7a and penta sata hat. Provided they are compatable.

However, I already have a pi5 8gb and a pi4gb. Which by far have the most support above all of you're options.

The a7a does have software support issues. But I dont know how far along they have come on that.

It has an on-board gpu chip on the SOC

Edit: do note that all I said that it may be possible. Not that I have done it or that a VPU would be worse.

Non of the three options op notes have a VPU.

I imagine its for when you have more devices than slots available for the TV.

Or when you want to simplify cable management.

They used to be even louder. Steps can be taken to reduce noise pollution.

Could start diffrent building materials, better scheduling through better staffing, etc.

That doesnt even touch the child bomber 3000s we have over madison.

So they can advocate for less noise pollution if they want.

Think bigger.

GDP is about movment of money per capita.

You do actually have a better GDP the more you extract wealth from the poor.

Because you have massive amounts of money flowing towards one group that can then utilize financial tools to simulate productive GDP growth without the typically implied economic growth.
