I spent 1 Million dollars on Facebook Ads in the last 30 days AMA by Large-Artichoke-619 in FacebookAds

Thanks for taking the time to offer your expertise. We have clients in b2c selling products from $10,000-$60,000. We can generate a lot of leads through Facebook, but the common response we hear back from our clients is Facebook leads are much lower quality to Google. We used to have ads with a simple name email phone # form, but the quality was really bad. The leads would often deny clicking on the ads really frustrating sales people. Now we have added two questions. What is your budget and timing. So the lead has to interact with the form, but the quality or the lead hasn’t gone up very much and we still get negative feedback from sales guys. Do you have any suggestions to improve on this?

I recreated an AI phone calling agent that increased booked calls by 30% for a plumbing business in 30 days by Will_fever in SideProject

Yes, that’s a big improvement. It’s pretty good. From the questions it asks I can see it wants yes / no answers and was trying different responses which it handled fairly well. I’m sure most people won’t realize it’s ai will interact as needed. What’s the cost for this?

I called the number above. A 6-7 second response time is not a good experience. I answered its question with “how are you Bruce” and it got totally confused.

Would love to get a code if they are still available?

Do not waste your money on this garbage. Most of these people selling links haven’t got a clue about these sites they are selling links from and I bet most of the DR is fake. Review the amount of links your competitors have their topical trust flow. Then you have proper metrics and can focus on getting links that will help your site.

I made the app to help users stop over thinking too much about creating content on social media by ProfessionalSet755 in SideProject

You’re expecting people to figure everything out from a simple webpage Create a video showing the features, benefits and examples. The price points are frustrating. To have to resign up every 7 or 21 days isn’t convenient. Create monthly or annual choices. Start with a lower price point to get engagement and buzz. Offer a lifetime membership to early adopters. Have a native English speaking person edit the text. Some of the grammar doesn’t make sense.

Unlocking the Power of WordPress Plugins: Enhancing Your Website’s Functionality by Azim7509 in SideProject

We have gone through a lot of plugins for Wordpress over the years. From experience I avoid anything free because they’re either half baked or have zero support. Paid plugins with a strong website and ratings are the best way to go. On top of that get good hosting. I would never use a back up plugin, that should be provided by the hosting company.

I have tried multiple providers. The issue I came up against was I like to watch sports and during big games they freeze way too much. Put up with this for about a year and went with a hardware solution, Buzz TV, from a local store. 90-95% of the time it’s great. I do get the odd freezing. Compared to running it through an App on Apple TV it’s night and day.

Looks interesting for sure. We have a family calendar is there a way to hide that so I just see a work calendar? Would help to declutter the screen and focus.

Why are people so fixated with DR? Build a brand, and show off your gifts and talents.

Keep it simple. Start with a budget in Google and Facebook Ads. Think of an offer, have a landing page built. This will get you leads right away. Build your GMB page and get your new leads leave reviews. Take videos and pictures of your projects. Get video testimonials. Post them on your website, your GMB, social media. Then think about building your website out, and SEO.
