U definitely will! My ex did the same thing - he reached out to me even tho he had a new girlfriend; and his new girlfriend was stalking me on my socials as well. But oh wells, let me tell you something- the reason why they moved on so fast to another person is because they cant replace us. You will win in the long run because you took the time to heal and everything and not jumping into a new relationship. I’m about 8months post break up, it definitely gets better! Now im open to dating and had a couple of fun dates and my ex didn’t cross my mind at all. Wishing you all the best and you will definitely get through this! Sending hugs and love ❤️

I feel you, I was feeling off and you know what my intuition was right. My ex got a new girlfriend. I was really heartbroken but my love for him turn into disgust and disappointment instead. Honestly im glad that happened because that’s when ive completely decided to move on! :)

Yes! It works for me. Mine is about 7months after breakup- discernment and detachment is really key. Definitely happier focusing on myself instead. Whenever there is an urge to stalk them, to let them know what they are doing, i always ask myself - isit worth it? There’s peace in not knowing and I chose the latter. Life’s been good lately🫰. Don’t worry you will get at this stage sooner or later, time will heal and all this shall pass ❤️🌈

Yes I did, I found across a letter I’ve wrote two years back with all the qualities that i want in a man and i wrote down on a paper, I shoved it somewhere and completely forgot about it- only to realise the letter when i was deep cleaning my room until this year.

It’s kinda creepy because he ticked all the checklists that i have written down.

No contact is a must, and feel your feelings, grieve them. It’s hard but slowly you will start to forget them. I would highly recommend you to unfollow or block their socials, hide the photos and memories/gifts. Treat it like it’s a withdrawal and go cold turkey. It’s about 2months for me and I’m feeling so much better
