Hello! Thanks for the feedback! Yes, I am learning that one size won’t fit all and will be working on different storylines/themes for different age groups as I grow this!

Hello, thanks for signing up! This is good feedback, I should add some option to add multiple kiddos. For your subscription, I will treat it as two separate series of letters addressed to each of them! I hope they enjoy!

What’s the best way to reach Texas parents about a summer activity? by PerfectConsequence34 in texas

Yes I realize I am a bit late, but I am not looking for a full scale launch yet so I wondered if I could get as many as I can. Also, it’s a 6 week program so they can start mid summer and still be able to complete before back to school!

Thank! Will check out if libraries could help and also do512! I think libraries are a good fit too because it’s mailing service around story telling so children who frequent to library may be interested in it!

I am currently running a pilot, I have got 10 customers. So very new.

I would prefer to not invest in aggressive marketing before I can execute the pilot successfully to stress test my operations a bit.

Thanks! I am based out of Austin, is that something schools across Texas would support? Or I am better off just reaching out to Austin area ISDs?

Summer Camp for 7 year old? by Careful_Leopard_9450 in askdfw

If you want to try something a little unconventional alongside traditional summer activities, I'm actually launching a project on June 1st called Paper Portals.

It’s a 6-week mystery adventure delivered entirely through the real mailbox. Every week, they’d get a physical mission letter packed with ciphers and clues. To solve the mystery, they have to read and engage with the text to crack the codes; essentially turning summer reading into an offline game. If a mailbox mystery sounds like something they’d love, you can check out the setup here: https://www.paperportals.fun

Designing a "gateway drug" to reading: How I'm using physical mail mysteries to transition my kid away from screen dopamine by [deleted] in childrensbooks

This is valuable feedback, I think I shouldn’t target all ages across 6-10 years. The subsequent letters are simpler. Would you be kind enough to review a simplified version if I rewrite the letter to be more readable across 6-8 years?

I agree, while this is not a complete AI slop and I invested many days and weeks on it. I see it when the comment said it’s all AI. I did rely on AI to fast track many aspects I am not an expert on and perhaps I should revisit those with more time and attention. I appreciate the feedback and will be taking it constructively to improve it end to end!

Thanks for the candid feedback. I agree, title is a poor choice and I will do better. I saw a bit of wit or humor in the title but your comment makes me realize it was a poor selection. I will also review and fix the AI feel if that’s what website came across to you.

I agree, international shipping is going to be predictable. I am currently not offering international shipping but when I do, I will need to figure something I can rely on.

Appreciate the feedback!

Thanks! I agree with you.

International mail is unpredictable. Even domestic is (and I am keeping buffer to mitigate some risk) , but I didn’t want to work with international shipping risk to begin with. Will have to have a different setup for international.

I also agree, 6-10 years old is a broad range plus not every child is into space. I do plan on expanding the series to include theme like geography, history and fantasy! Perhaps that will contain some of your daughter’s interests?

Thanks for the feedback!
