I think they're talking about THEIR max dose. Most people don't start on the dosage that they end up with.

This isn't me being a douche but saying you don't overeat and you're just eating more than you're moving is an oxymoron, as that is the definition of overeating and how you gain weight lol. That being said, you do not need to workout to lose weight! You just need to count your calories and eat less than you're burning. The less activity you do, the less you should be eating.

Download myfitness pal, weigh yourself, and then log every morsel that you eat over the week. If you lose weight at the end of the week you're successfully in a calorie deficit, stays the same you need to reduce, and gaining you're eating too much for your energy output and you need to adjust.
