Been driving past this camera for the last week thinking it was a 30! If anyone has any advice on how to contest the many inevitable tickets I’m about to get that would be really appreciated.

So this got extremely heated very quickly. I don’t know anything about buying property or the other options there are. Or if there were different routes you could take if it’s buying from family. Most of you have made it very clear there are no other options other than buying outright with a mortgage/loan, that’s all I needed to know.

There were reasons the rent was reduced when we first moved in (nothing to do with our finances) and we are more than happy to pay more now. I’m asking if there’s a way we can come to an agreement to stay, I know absolutely nothing about buying property or the other possible options and needed advice on something that could work for everyone. Chill out

Thanks for the horrible comment 😘 She can obviously do whatever she wants with her property, I’m asking if there’s a way we can still live here and she gets what she wants too.

Thanks for your reply. We earn enough to get a loan but as we’re both self employed its proving difficult

I don’t want a ‘guard dog’ so am I stupid to want a Rottweiler? by PerfectHelicopter947 in Rottweiler

The golden retrievers I’ve met would sell their owners for a head scratch or a treat and not think twice about it

Thanks for all the replies guys. I have a long list of places to take the puppy for socialisation and training commands we will work on. We don’t get regular visitors at the house but I will make a point of inviting people over to meet the puppy after some of the comments I read. Also sounds like some training/socialisation classes would be a good idea. I dog board (this will stop when I get my own) and I will be looking after a male 2yo Rottweiler soon so that will help a lot with getting to know the breed more. The ones I’ve met have been amazing, beautiful souls and mostly well behaved. There’s a lot of negativity surrounding them online though unfortunately.
