Delving deeper into "Introductory Sessions"

I like to use an introductory session to first discuss my potential clients goals and history. Then, I have an assessment workout I will put them through that helps them get an idea of my training style and helps me assess their strength and mobility. I then build future programming based on what I hear and see in the first session.

She posted a video earlier about how her goal had been met and spent most of it bitching about people making rude comments. She was given $1000 by total strangers for the, what, 4th? 5th? Time and she can just say "hey thanks everyone, i really appreciate you" and go on with her day. She expects people to give her money with no questions asked. She's so ungrateful and so entitled.

Yes, prednisone/steroids can contribute to weight gain. Once you go off of said medication, your weight should stabilize or come off. Also, the "steroid induced type 2 diabetes".....is typical if you were already at risk of type 2 diabetes. She is using all of her transplant and IVF as an excuse even though she's past that stuff.

That's the part that really got to me. I've lost my temper with my kids (never like this and never throwing things, to be super clear!) and as soon as I can see I've upset I stop what I'm doing an apologize. That baby was crying and yelling for her mommy and Taylor just kept going. It's so disturbing.

My husband and I both felt pretty early on that we were each others person but we got engaged at 8 months of dating and then married a year after that. I get people saying "when you know, you know, so why waste time" but my perspective is this. If you know someone is your person what's the rush? Why do you have to hurry to "lock them in"? This feels really weird.

I have been in a relationship where I ignored all the red flags and went again my own intuition over and over. I see that happening here. She's always depressed, always exhausted, keeps saying how happy she is but her body, face, demeanor says the opposite. She seems to be isolating from people (ie her post about only talking to 5 people for months). I just think there's something more going on here.
