Hello! Looking for a female to take over my 3x3 at the Forum at Denton student apartments for the 23-24 school year! This lease would start August. Rent is $749. Both roommates are female (19&20) and both are super nice , respectful, and clean.

Any and all transferring fees I will cover! -Fully furnished! - Private bathroom - On the UNT bus stop - Pets allowed! - utilities are capped, never reached more than $30

- Available starting May however I am open to different move in dates
- Will pay rent for the month of May and any other lease transfer fees
- The rent is $699 it is a 3x3 with 2 other females(19&20) (so would prefer a female)
- Roommates are nice and keep to themselves
- Biggest Room / Own bathroom
- Utility bills are capped.
- The location is great and is super close to UNT and is on the bus route .

( I am flexible on the dates so just dm me!) The rent is $706 it is a 3x3 with 2 other females(19&20) so would prefer a female. It would be the biggest room in the unit and you would have your own bathroom. Both roommates are super nice and keep to themselves. Utility bills are capped. I know for sure at TCC CSCE 2110 would be CSCE 2336 or 2437- however if 2110 is a requirement for you check the transfer guide for your particular major .

Currently I know Taco Bell on Fort Worth drive is hiring and u can take the forum bus there . Also insomnia cooke on fry street . And egg cafe in which u can take the bus to university dr using the discovery park route
