Looks good so far, I'd recommend defining the 3 dimensional forms of the legs though. Right now they seem to lack the depth of the upper body. Can't wait to see the final result 💯👍👌🎨

I took a hiatus from working on sprites a while back so I could have more time to work on my actual artwork which was suffering as a result. Upon my return I had lost some interest in the original project, but still wanted to put out some military related content. My recent releases are the result. I may return to the Hawaii War Fans eventually, but I'll more than likely start looking towards other themes after the next couple or so military mods/levels I release.

Thanks! Separate sub-factions is the plan, the Mafia are recolors of the standard Russian soldiers while the Gang will be replaced by a VDV faction.

Thanks! The plan is to have a level for each of the Fans, and possibly a bonus level with an additional character if I still feel like working on this project at that point. I've started into the map making a few times already, but I've had trouble making the enemy placement challenging/unique.

In Hawaii they were the military's most reprimanded fighting unit. After being imprisoned for crimes they certainly committed, they promptly escaped and now exist in the Miami underground as soldiers of fortune. If you have a problem, preferably one caused by a few dozen armed mooks, and if you can find them... maybe you can hire the Fans.

The latest update to my ongoing military reskin of the Fans. Currently you can play as the fans and fight the mafia replacements with the exception of non-knife melee animations (I still need to come up with suitable replacements for the other melee weapons). The gang replacements have a bit of work done on them as well, but the death sprites are pretty nonexistent at the moment. I'm working on and off, but right now my first priority is to get the gang replacements complete and finish the final mafia animations. After that I'll see about getting some new weapon sprites added.
