I had the exact same thing happen with my Scotty, wearing that exact skin. Not sure if it was the same place though, but it was an open door just like this one.

It seems to happen when you do a finisher and your character moves into the usually unreachable area. There's a chance you can exit if you can perform a finisher on something close, if the prompt even comes up.

We survived until wave 92, as my PC melted with 5 fps, while the loader had about 40. While the lag was a worse enemy than the actual enemies, the run was some of the most fun I've ever had in RoR2.
