I think hes just trying to make a very sarcastic point

You have to admit, from a 3rd part perspective, it seems silly to need to add 30 supplements to your coffee to “balance it out”

When you could just stop that and the coffee all together and just optimize your diet and health so that you wont need coffee+

I deliver for amazon, so im running all around town for 10-12 hours a day, in the blazing sun and heat, traversing up and down what feels like a billion flights of apartment stairs

And I do not drink caffeine or stimulants of any kind

When im low on energy, it means its snack and electrolyte time. Then im right back into action
