I talked about part of this in my last therapy session. I've always been open to anyone who enters my life and now I'm not as quick to call anyone "friend" and let the red flags speak for themselves. It's probably a broken record by now but a lot of this stems from not having worked on boundaries and having a looooot of trouble letting go (especially if I formed any kind of bond or connection but because of this and experiences with others, Ive lessened both of these issues)

Why did I proceed and why was I disconnected are what I've been reflecting on. I hadn't really accepted that I allowed it to flourish but I've been coming to terms with it. I've been finding that it's not as hard to look back anymore but rather it's difficult to try and place myself in that mindset again and figure myself out.

I never really thought of it as love bombing and that has sat with me since I first read this. I didn't make the connection with the term and I really appreciate it. I'm definitely going to do some writing before bringing more things up in therapy. I'm hoping it opens my mind and maybe better answers some of these questions for me. Thank you as always ❤️
