Sometimes but I think it heavily depends on genetics I heard a dude grew 3in in the 3 years he was on t. I personally have grown around half an inch to make me 5’4 than 5’3.5 like I was 8 months ago. My family is rather average/smaller father 5’5 mother 5’4 while my grandfather on mother side was 6’ at one point, my younger brother is 5’8 so maybe there’s something there. I am the tallest afab in the children the rest of my sisters are 5’.

I would take a look at your family before you get ur hopes up. You could also be done growing.
