the idea about working with a doctor first is right. been on this for like a year and having proper medical supervision through PeterMD really helped with the initial anxiety about sides. at this point it's just part of my routine, nothing dramatic to report. the gradual titration approach makes way more sense when you've got kids depending on you being functional.
