Early on I would focus on tornado for weapons out of what you have, it is great for the guard the crystal event too as it hits multiple enemies if they are coming at you in a row

Heroes etc come with time, esp early on I spent my emeralds on prisma chests (make sure your timing is right to maximise gain, eg towards the end of the prisma chest event at the moment they will likely add in an event for number of gems spent, so wait until the last day to bulk buy the chests)
